琛航公司用兩款不同填料色譜柱測試頭孢氨芐甲氧芐啶膠囊的檢測報告

一，實驗條件

Cometro（康諾）高效液相色譜系統(tǒng)；

Cometro（康諾）6000 PVW UV檢測器，波長=235nm；

Cometro（康諾）6000 LDI Pump；

Scienhome（天津琛航） Kromasil C₁₈ 150*4.6mm色譜柱，

Scienhome（天津琛航） Inertex C₁₈ 150*4.6mm色譜柱；

流動相：0.025mol/L磷酸溶液（用20%氫氧化鈉調(diào)ph=3）-乙腈=88:12；

流速：1.0ml/min；

頭孢氨芐標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品濃度為0.5mg/mL；

樣品配置：取0.1g粉末放入 100mL容量瓶中 ，加入0.1mol/mL醋酸10ml溶解，用流動相定容至刻度；

進樣量：10ul。

三，結(jié)果討論

由圖可見2種色譜柱都峰型良好，柱效高，分離度好，保留時間適中。就該樣品來說，相比之下Inertex更優(yōu)，推薦使用Scienhome（天津琛航） Inertex色譜柱。
